Museums in Merimasku and Rymättylä
Merimasku: The Old Isotalo Croft and its outbuildings form the Kollola Local History Centre in Merimasku. The original appearance of the building is well preserved, with the house interior revealing how the last resident lived. A special exhibition will be held in the barn in summer.
Rymättylä: The Rymättylä Local History Museum gives visitors a glimpse of life in the archipelago in days gone by. The main building is from the 18th century and is surrounded by a loft, a granary and a post mill. The storehouse is home to an exhibition about seine net fishing.
The Rymättylä local history museum is open on Sundays from 11.30am to 2.30pm (not on Midsummer 23rd of June). Free entry.
Opening times and events can be found at the address www.naantali.fi/kulttuuri (in Finnish).
